Applications are invited for the Alan Musgrave Masters Scholarship in Philosophy 2014.The scholarship was established to provide support for high calibre international students to study towards a Masters degree in Philosophy at the University of Otago.
Eligibility:
Applications are open to international students, who do not
qualify for domestic
tuition fee rates, intending to enrol full-time, either in a one-year BA (Hons) in Philosophy, followed by a Masters degree by thesis in Philosophy, or in a Masters degree by thesis in Philosophy. Applicants should have the equivalent of a BA in Philosophy, and demonstrate an appropriate standard of English.
Scholarship Value:
The scholarship consists of a full waiver of tuition fees plus NZ $15,000 per annum to be paid as a monthly stipend. The tenure of the scholarship is for two years in the case of a BA(Hons) plus Masters thesis, or one year in the case of a Masters thesis.
